Processing time

We process and ship orders within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. In peak seasons it can take a little longer.

Delivery times (standard shipping)

• United States: 2–4 business days
• Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg: 6–8 business days
• Other EU countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 6–9 business days
• Rest of the world: 8–12 business days

Weather, customs clearance or carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you its tracking number. You can follow it on our Track your order page.

Change of address

To change the address of an order, email hello@skinofab.com as soon as you can. We will do our best, but we can’t change it once the order has shipped.
